The University of Michigan Club of Hilton Head Island
Welcome to the 2009-10 web site of The University of Michigan Club of Hilton Head Island!
Approximately 321 Michigan alumni live in Beaufort County, S.C. as of 2009. 50% of those alumni belong to the Alumni Association (a requirement to be a member of our club). We live as far south as Sea Pines, as far west as Sun City, and as far north as Habersham. We represent nearly all the University’s undergraduate and graduate schools and almost all of the graduation years from 1936 to the present. In the main, we are transplants, some having come from as far away as Hawaii and Maine. Yet as diverse as we are, we have in common our love and loyalty to the Maize and Blue!
If you have not already done so, I encourage you join the Alumni Association and become an active member of our U of M Club!
